Terms of service

  1. Who we are. eumorph ("we", "us") is an independent retailer operating eumorph.com, run by eu-morph LLC, 33 W Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. Checkout and payments run on Shopify.
  2. Independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands whose products we sell. Brand and product names appear only to identify the genuine products we offer. Every product we sell is authentic inventory that we own. 
  3. Product images (✲). Images marked ✲ are made with AI tools for eumorph; they are not the brands' photography, and the product itself is real. Product facts (ingredients, size, form) come from public information and the product's labeling; always check the label on the product you receive. 
  4. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 to buy from us or use eU. 
  5. eU, our AI curator. eU is an AI assistant, not a person and not a medical professional. Her suggestions are information, not medical or dermatological advice. Ask a licensed professional about skin conditions. eU can add products to your bag, but nothing is bought until you confirm at checkout. Automated scraping or abuse of eU is not allowed.
  6. Orders and prices. Prices are in USD. A sale is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel an order for a pricing error, unavailable stock or suspected fraud, with a full refund. Sales tax is charged where required.
  7. Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
  8. Shipping and returns. See the Shipping and Refund policies, which are part of these terms.
  9. Our content. Illustrations, text, eU's interface and site design belong to eumorph and may not be copied without permission.
  10. Disclaimers and liability. To the extent the law allows, the site and eU are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are heard in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do.
