Where we ship: within the United States only.
From: our warehouse in Valley Stream, New York. We own and pack every order ourselves.

Processing: orders usually ship within 2 business days.
Tracking: your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. Account holders also see it under Account > Orders.
First order: includes free samples, while supplies last.
If a package is lost in transit, write to us at hello@eumorph.com and we'll replace it or refund you.
